DELIVERY

UK STANDARD 7 DAY DELIVERY

Whilst we say delivery can take up to 7 days, most orders are sent on the same day you place your order. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so you will often receive your order within a couple of days of placing your order.

Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt.

Subject to stock availability, orders placed on the web should arrive with mainland UK customers within 7 working days of Louise Oliver confirming receipt of order.

If items you order are out of stock we shall contact you at the email address you provide when placing your order; if we do not receive any response to our email, we shall continue to process the remaining items on your order, however we shall not supply any substitute product without your express authority.

UK 48 HOUR DELIVERY

At the checkout, you can upgrade to UK 48 hour service delivery.

Orders received before 5.30pm will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day. (e.g. confirm order Tuesday 5.30pm, order will be sent on Wednesday, which you will receive on Thursday before 5.30pm).

UK Offshore includes all UK islands not part of the UK mainland.
