For your convenience you can choose how to place your order.

1. Order on our Website:
Your online payment transaction is 100% secure through WorldPay secure payment. WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group who are the 5th biggest banking group in the world. WorldPay utilise industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critical information like your credit card details.

2. Order by Phone:
Call us on 07957 210 891 and we will be glad to help you and to take your order by phone. We apologise that sometimes we are busy with other customers and cant answer the phone, in which case please leave a message and we shall call you back to take your order.

3. Order by Post:
You write to us to place your order, please make cheques payable to Louise Oliver Limited, and send to 47 Stormont Road, London SW11 5EJ.

Delivery to UK is included in the price, and whilst we say it takes up to 7 days, all orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, and most are sent the same day you place your order.

However, you can select the 48 hour delivery option for an additional £10, in which case we send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All information given to us at the time of ordering will be used by Louise Oliver only, and will never be given to any other third party.

All prices are shown in GB pounds. If you are purchasing with a card from a foreign bank, the price will be converted to your currency at the corresponding exchange rate plus any relevant credit card charges that may apply.
