Coniston Silver Grey Ladies Hat
Thank you so much for the excellent service. I telephoned on Friday afternoon as the hat had not arrived. A very helpful man was able to advise me that Royal Mail had tried to deliver the previous day and gave me the tracking number. Although I still have not found the Royal Mail "tried to deliver" card I was able to claim the hat at the parcel depot using the tracking number and a bit of persuasion - described the hat, the company name over the box helped too! After all that bother I was persuaded to try the hat on in the post office - all agreed it was lovely. Wedding was yesterday - hat was fantastic. Thanks for everything.
